In the center of Greek mainland and in that part of Thessalian mountain Agrafa enclosed among Karditsa, Trikala, Arta and Evritania perfectures, it lies at Argithea region.
Mmountain and stone are the dominant region elements. Entire Argithea is covered by firs, beeches. chestnut trees, cedars, oak trees and yews.
